I was also told where to place my mailbox, and 3 weeks later, was told I have to move my mailbox because it is not on my mail carriers route. Before you do anything, you need to DEMAND to speak with the post master.

My package was in their possession on Dec. 11th and now it is Christmas Eve and no package delivered plus no update! That should have been plenty of time to deliver. Very disappointing!!
- RKRaquel KMar 27, 20191.0I told them I had a package that has still not been delivered when it was supposed to about 3 weeks prior (it is basically lost somewhere) and they did not bother at all to help resolve the issue. All they said was it should have been picked up by USPS the following day and sent out. Made me feel like I couldn't do anything about it, when they could have contacted the USPS in new york that was supposed to receive it. Or failed to mention that I can start a search request. At least try anything! But no. They just rushed me out. The package is still missing up to this day (i brought up the issue january)
