When my daughter and I went up to the front, one of the female employees brought up a pile of the Amazon packages that were overflowing in the pile near the Amazon kiosk. A few of the packages fell and so I asked my daughter to help her pick some off the floor. The employee went to the back so my daughter put the two packages in a box a little past the front desk. James, an employee there, trips over my daughter during that time because he didn't see her. I understand, it wasn't intentional for her to be back there, she was trying to help the female employee who dropped packages. James then proceeds to raise his voice at me (if not out right yell at me) and tell me that if something happened, it would be on you!" I froze and just said yes sir. I'm sorry, my daughter was just trying to help. I returned my package and immediately got out of there. There is a way to handle things and raising your voice at a customer who was trying to help your fellow colleague isn't how you do it. Never coming here again.
