- JBJess BrownApr 7, 20261.0Have had nothing but issues with this branch. No one will answer the phone, items that were "delivered" were not, then mysteriously show up 2 days later in the mail box. When I have an issue or need to speak to someone, customer service gives me a number to call and no one answers it. There is no excuse that this is continuing to happen and when you go to the location people are rude and unhelpful!!! If I receive an email, from customer service telling me to call a phone number if I have any issues or questions then no one answers after calling 12 times...I don't understand how this is good customer service!!! I have been waiting on a package that was shipped from Indianapolis, a 3 hour drive!! And its been in limbo "transit" for 3 days??? No updated delivery date, no nothing. I could have driven down and picked it up for as long as I have been waiting. This item is a gift!! That couldn't be given on the date it was supposed to be. unacceptable!
