  I had a horrible experience with this RXO. To start, I am disabled so I went out of my way to make sure that my order had complete service on it to deliver a sofa. I contacted the office TWICE and was reassured twice that my order had all the information the drivers would need to know to perform a successful delivery service. The delivery drivers would be able to bring a sofa into the house, place it in my room of choice, unbox, and inspect for damage whereupon I could refuse it right then and there if there was an issue. “Don't worry, they should deliver the item to your room of choice and unpack the item or unbox it because you are disabled.” Not only did the deliver men refuse to do basic service, they had horrible attitudes and were rude when I reminded them of the service I was supposed to get. When I told them I spoke with two agents in the office who reassured me of the service I was supposed to get, the drivers were short and dismissive of me and said oh I didn’t have that service. They literally shut my own door in my face mid conversation and left. Despicable. The sofa was left diagonal in the entryway wrapped in cardboard and plastic. I had to get people to come over and unbox and place the sofa only to found out it was damaged. When I contacted this courier and told them everything that had occurred they told me I needed to contact Amazon and it was out of their hands. I said no, your delivery drivers damaged my item and left without completing service I paid for and was promised. They were dismissive and made no attempt to remedy the situation or even apologize. I was simply told there was nothing they could do and to contact Amazon. Pathetic and unprofessional. After I reported the item damaged to Amazon, I was told RXO would contact me shortly. I then got a text from RXO that said “Thanks for letting us know. Someone will reach out shortly.” They never did. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing about my damaged sofa, no remedy, no apology, no compensation of any kind. This company is scum top to bottom; the office staff, dispatch, delivery are all trash. Avoid this company handling your major purchases. And yes I will be posting this review in multiple locations where applicable.
