- PSPam SteedMay 31, 20231.0Hours are horrible (3-4 hours a day). People working 5 days a week cannot get into the facility during their short open hours. There are not enough lockers so packages are held for days, including medications. We are a small town. What is so wrong with implementing home delivery of mail? Buying more lockers? I have filed several complaints and they tell me to have my neighbors pick up my mail for me. I'm not entrusting my medications/medical supplies to anyone. That is my business only and I shouldn't have to rely on others to get them for me.
