  "I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store! I stopped in a few weeks ago to get some copies and deal with some notary work, and the notary lady was such a gem! Not only was she really friendly and welcoming, but she was also super fast and efficient, making the whole process completely seamless. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, and because of that, I'm actually planning on becoming a regular customer and I'm going back today. If you need anything shipped, copied, or notarized, this is the place to go!"

  I needed to print out some paperwork and I couldn’t get seem to be able to get it sent to their email. I also had 2 packages where Amazon did not give me the correct code. The employee Jada was an BIG help as she help me figure out how to! She even spoke with the lady for me as my English is not greats. Jada was very patient and sweet. I left there with everything I needed. Thanks you very much ! I will return to the ups

  If I could pick negative 00000 I would! 12.20.25 sent off a package to NY b/c we were traveling there to spend Xmas w/family & my son’s so needed it there by 12.23.25. We asked the employee 3x if she was absolutely sure package would be delivered by 12.23.25 as she guaranteed 4x & she said “Yes”. I then asked her if it’s not, what happens then & she stated “It will be there don’t worry, but you will be refunded your money”. I paid 2nd day air, fuel surcharge & processing fee = $253.64. 12.23.25 came & went & no package! We had a Xmas party on the 23rd & unable to give anyone their gifts. Very heartbreaking! I then called UPS in Merrillville on 81st & went around & around w/the guy that took my call to no avail. The crazy thing about this is that my cousin that we were staying with has worked for UPS 30+ years & was livid as well as embarrassed!!! On 1.9.26 I rcv’d a v/m from “Emily” the UPS Store Supervisor stating who she was and that she filed a GSR when she went into work & received email the day before regarding approval for my full refund & that I should receive it in the mail in 7 to 10 days & to keep a lookout for it. Those days came & went. I called her 2x on 2.13.26 then 3.23.26 & 3.11.26 & every time she gave me a new excuse & that she doesn’t know the hold up, sending her supervisor another email, that she knows it seems like she’s lying blah blah blah!! Here we are 4.1.26 & NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF BS EMPTY PROMISES & SILENCE! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & NOBODY THERE KNOWS ANYTHING &/OR LIARS!!! Never will I go there or any other UPS store!! Post Office or FedX & Continue spreading the word of mouth!!!
