My appointment is at 1030am and of course no one is here to service us. They are in a meeting so i don’t understand why they would allow appointments if they knew no one could service you. There is also another customer waiting with my family whom also have an appointment. Speaking with other patriots of the post office agree that the service is a consistent let down.

I found lady there ,if I can even call her that, works from 10 to 3 pm but she takes 2 hour break within that time... so I waited and waited they couldn't even call her if she is coming back or no. I rushed to Merrillville post office we did the finger prints . We had trouble scanning my fingerprints cause the computer didnt want to accept them. Lady was patient and didnt get frustrated (probably did get) at least she didn't show it (I would be frustrated) and she did try and try and try until we got them all green. Thank you I appreciate your patience. People like you make usps Great... but it is not so often you get services like this in other usps .
