Crap shoot when my mail comes through here … often delayed by days due to mid-shipping to incorrect cities or loss altogether

We live at 6112 n Caraway Dr. Mccordsville and do not get our mail regularly. We have taken advantage of the the new Informed Delivery emails, but we dont get what was supposed to be delivered. We never know when we are going to get mail. We have made a previous complaint, but it continues to happen. It is not just junk mail tgat we dont get; it is household bills and statements. I woul would think the McCordsville Post Office would be embarrassed. Very disappointed!

Super friendly employees, very helpful. I went in needing passport applications, which they do not do at this branch, but she was very helpful, telling me where to go online to find application and recommending another post office that I did end up going to. the Oaklandon branch, which I had a terrible experience at. What a major difference in attitudes!!

They could care less about your time. Don't even bother.
