- AEAngela ErvinSep 30, 20251.0Absolutely no one in the Marion.office appeared to know what they are doing. I asked for the post master and the supervisor said she isn't here and refused to give me her last name. She said you dont need it. All 3 people employes I spoke to about the address issue gave me a different story. One clerk said the clerk is supposed to make sure its an actual address when mailing a package. The other one said we can't do that. The 3rd one said it doesn't say anything. I have had clerks check for me many times. Supervisor said I had to repay for delivery on a package they sent to a non existent address. Seems like they need a better log of ADDRESSES. Or at lest a log of actual address and it seems they need to have the staff working on the same page, they all had different stories. Clown town at Marion post office.
