- JFJesse ForresterJan 31, 20255.0I have done 50 transactions with the Lowell post office within the past 2 months. The staff inside is very nice and always helpful. Usually the line moves at a quick pace. Only time I have seen it stall was because a customer needed a ton of help and was asking a bunch of questions. If you have everything prepared and you go in during non peak times, then you are usually in and out of there in a minute or two. Lowell has a huge amount of real estate to cover with limited resources. I think they do a great job. My only dream ask is for a self service kiosk… it could help during the peak times for people who already have their stuff ready to rock. :)
- KWKaty WienkeDec 28, 20211.0Terrible service! Got our first snow of the year and it’s barely a dusting on our road/driveway. Nothing is blocking the mailbox. But I got a message that my package was “undeliverable” because they couldn’t access our front door. They didn’t even try. My husband has a small sedan and he got up the driveway no problem. Also, we frequently get other people’s mail delivered to our address but apparently they can’t deliver our actual mail.
