- DDDelmerAug 27, 20255.0The reviews on this page are more of a reflection of USPS as a whole, however the lowell branch is extremely friendly and fast. They do have high prices but that is expected shipping with a premier service. I would stay away from buying any packaging or labels here due to cost. However, the staff is always friendly and knowledgable.

- JFJesse ForresterJan 31, 20255.0I have done 50 transactions with the Lowell post office within the past 2 months. The staff inside is very nice and always helpful. Usually the line moves at a quick pace. Only time I have seen it stall was because a customer needed a ton of help and was asking a bunch of questions. If you have everything prepared and you go in during non peak times, then you are usually in and out of there in a minute or two. Lowell has a huge amount of real estate to cover with limited resources. I think they do a great job. My only dream ask is for a self service kiosk… it could help during the peak times for people who already have their stuff ready to rock. :)
