- CCCharlesSep 29, 20251.0My package that has never required a signature was delivered at mid day, while i was at work, so they took it back to this office. I went in after my shift and they still couldn’t give me it. I’ll be using a different shipping agency from now on.

I usually do this whenever I know I will work later than usual because I personally know my mail man and they are always happy to help. Although today I was met with an employee who I haven’t met before. He was very rude and unwilling to help in anyway after I asked politely if he could help me about my package and explained to him my situation. On top of that he refused to serve me as a paying USPS customer and basically that I’ll receive it when I receive it. He wouldn’t move a muscle for a paying customer. Thanks to him, I probably wont see my package for another day.
