- AHAJ HatcherDec 2, 20251.0The lady Currently working on Tuesday December 2nd at about 215 pm . Was kinda rude and not very helpful. I accidently showed the wrong QR code as I just returned 5 other packages to UPS. So my apologies for showing the wrong one. But she made me feel pretty stupid she says that says ups we are USPS no duh I know where the heck im at . Just left UPS there genius. Then she tells me I need a box then points behind me I said what size her response "idk" then I grab a envelope instead I said Do you think this will fit?" Her response "idk" . Next question I should of asked but didnt. Then why the hell are you working here if u cant help me . You just there to push buttons and say IDK . then as im leaving she was so kind to the gentleman behind me . So her judging me showed like a damn rainbow today. Do better learn how to treat ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY
- OBOlivia BowlingOct 3, 20251.0I'm leaving this location on one star review because I'm sick of coming in there and dealing with Angie and her attitude. After 3 bad experiences dealing with her there I'm over it. She's argumentative and tries to find anyway she can to get out of doing her job. My first experience was when me and my grandmother came in to have passports made she argued with us about something that she claimed we need it or didn't have when we had all of our documents. She huffed and puffed the whole time. She acted like she just didn't want to make the passports or deal with filing the paperwork. But here's the best part!! When she mailed out or documents to have our passports made she switched around mine and my grandmother's photos so when we received our passports our photos were wrong. Thank God we didn't have any trips planned to travel or leave the country until the following year. But today was it for me!! I come in with a prepaid label, I asked for scissors and tape so I put it on the box and she without scanning my label tries to tell me that my label was not going to cover what I was going to send out. So I explained to her situation I told her go ahead and scan the label so she could see for her that the label covers x,y, and z but the way she snatched it out of my hand upset me so bad I snatched it back and walked out I said I'll just go to a different post office
- JAJon AbramczykSep 22, 20251.0Absolute trash. 0/2 for delivery my packages to my apartment. 1st time they put it in someone else’s mailbox. Thank God the other person was honest and put the package back on the ground so I could grab them. 2nd package USPS messed up and didn’t deliver they sent it back to sender in Cali. Nowwwwww I have to get a hold of sender and have them ship it back. Don’t worry USPS I’m going to print HUGE LETTERS AND MY NAME WITH ARROWS AND PUT IT ON MY MAILBOX. ⬇️⬆️➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️PUT MY MAIL HERE PLEASE. 👍🏽👏👏👏👏👏 3 times a charm aye. 🤬🤣🤬😬😬😬😬😬
