I wanted to see if there was any mail in the back for me and while the worker, Skylar told me there more than likely wouldn’t be, she took a look anyways. As people started continuously coming in after closing she calmly took her time to thoroughly check my address. She didn’t act annoyed or short with me and she 100% had the right to. She took the next guest with a smile 4 minutes after closing. Thank you for checking just to ease my mind even though you knew there wouldn’t be mail for me.

I went back in to ask if they still had the package and they said no. It was never delivered or apparently scanned. It just disappeared from this post office. I’ve been an online seller for many years and never had this problem with the 4th street post office. I suggest avoiding the south street PO or be sure to get receipts there!
