$4 to print a label when 0.43 cents is a normal print? That is looting!

The staff here consistently and quickly attend to each customers needs. The line seemed long at first but one associate came out and helped several with ready to ship boxes at a printer with a scanner. I was in and out quickly which I appreciated. There is usually friendly conversation between the staff and customers too.

This is a good one. Sit tight...
I recently tried sending my father a package and realized that I accidentally put my personal address on it rather than his. This is 100% on me. I called the distribution center which was shipping the package for me and they were able to find the package and correct the shipping address before UPS came to pick it up. I then get a confirmation on my UPS tracking that a change of address was completed. Roughly 6 hours later, UPS picks up the package with the updated address. Fast forward to the following morning, the package is sitting on my front doorstep.
I take the package to this UPS store so they can take it back and send it to my father, who's name and address were properly updated on the box prior to UPS handling. The associate yells back to a manager who supposably shouldn't have been working and the manager says "I'm not here today". I explain my situation and the associate has to then find another person. The new person comes over and tells me that there are two options, one of which is free. 1. Call customer service to schedule a time and date for UPS to come to my house and pick up the package from me. 2. Pay to ship the package to the address written on the box.
At this point, I told the associate that there were will be no option that I am paying to ship a box I never should have received. I showed them my email confirming the change of address confirmation, and the UPS tracking history showing they picked it up 6 hours later. At this point, the manager who "wasn't working" decided to come over and explain to me the same policy which was already brought up. He also stated that they only ship packages and are not UPS, but rather a 3rd party, so they can't fix this. I tried to explain the situation one more time as a basic hypothetical, advising that they sent me someone elses goods, and I'm being a good samaritan and trying to give it back to UPS to fix their mistake. They still wanted to charge me.
Moral of the story, this is the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard of. I'm literally holding a box with the correct name and address on it where UPS sent to the wrong location and they refuse to take it back and send it where it should have went. Thank you for making this my problem.
