- JMJoe McCormickJan 4, 20265.0I have witnessed several times while returning things to Amazon that customers dropping off don't understand that Staples is not the UPS store and try and use the UPS store QR code. The staples associates attempt to help them, some get upset and leave some are technically challenged and some let them help. It is very frustrating on my end that people stand and argue and take up other people time because they are not prepared. The staples employees tell the long line to please be prepared ahead of time and if they need help ahead of time to let them know so they can help ahead of time to try and help the line move quickly. I see employees helping behind the counter and doing what they can to speed things up. It isn't their fault their is only one drop off counter. They do the best they can. I am grateful for staples and the convenience with parking and walking. Thank you Lafayette Staples. Keep up the great work. I appreciate it.

One person was working on returns and there were four other employees standing around doing nothing while the line for returns was 15 people deep only to then find out I can’t return either of my items.
