  Multiple deliveries over the past few months. ONE has been delivered to my actual front door. The rest have been tossed at the top of my stairs by the sidewalk. One was delivered to my neighbor. If I could choose who delivered my online orders, it would NOT be FedEx. But we are at the mercy of online vemdors. FedEx sucks and y'all know it 👍

  When I'm traveling I've stopped here a couple times to drop off prepaid packages, sometimes I don't have a way to make a label but they have one of those qr code/label makers to print one off when you walk in, which some FedEx offices don't have. I haven't had any issues here, the workers don't hassle me at all. I will continue to come here if this is on the way to where I'm heading.

  Mis-direction constantly, AND I have an account number with credit card, NEVER DO THAT, you will see why in my review. To my points of complaint….. 1. Shipped golf clubs before Labor Day weekend, was told they would arrive before my round on Saturday, they arrived the Tuesday after Labor Day, charged me $104 to ship, paid $150 to rent clubs for 3 days. Asked for a correction, the location told me to go through customer service, and they denied me. 2. Most recent transaction is paying to ship Christmas gifts. A charcuterie board was needing a telescoping box they said, I said if it going to be expensive, I will pack it instead, they said they can telescope close to the size of my original dimensions of 31x10x3. They charged me $94 to ship 2 boxes. Then I was charged an extra $65.83 for an oversized box handling for anything over 32x48x105 per email response, which means they didn’t telescope the box(huge discrepancy in dimensions……right!). I went to the store to dispute and they just handed me a card with a phone number on it. I contested the overcharge with my credit card company and then FedEx by their required email process, and FedEx denied me. Since they had my credit card number they are free to charge whatever they want, they did, and here we are. I argued on the email and I said if I paid cash, you guys would’ve had to have shipped the box anyway. I will close my account, and never use FedEx again. Always pay cash or single transaction at all shipping providers and make sure they box and provide the total cost before leaving store. I paid more to ship the board than the cost of the board!!! That’s a problem. More money in stores pocket I would guess… These are just the most recent issues I have had, there have been other delivery issues for on time expectations in the past. Remember, the store can do NOTHING for you regarding damage, charges, etc. They are just the pass through, to fight something is all by email, and that is like dealing with the health insurance companies with preauthorization, they just have a NO button.

  FedEx deliveries are bottom of the barrel. Lazy drivers refuse to take the extra couple steps to leave packages in a more secure area that is out of the weather and more protected from theft. Buck up drivers and do your job!

  Literally dropped our package on the edge of our country road, in a puddle- no where near our patio/doorstep. If another delivery driver hadn’t nearly hit it and told us it was there it would have sat in the puddle all night and been ruined.
