- RRRachel RauppOct 9, 20255.0Lexi was so helpful and did a great job packing our items. They arrived today in perfect condition. I am so impressed with this store and UPS!!!! I will definitely use them in the future! I had a completely different experience with FedEx who broke all my items and after a month of back and forth and constant jumping through hoops, they stopped responding even tho I paid for extra insurance! Thank you for restoring my faith!

They have to wait till Monday because the people there aren’t qualified to pack and ship item out. What? Apparently someone that is will be there Monday. Nice I spend all this money to use their services but not really. Not good business!!!

Not to mention that she lied and said that it was company policy to have my driver's license In order to ship from there. I called three other UPS stores and that is not a UPS policy, so she lied... There's too much identity theft!! what did she need my id for? I stated if that was in fact a requirement, wouldn't it be posted to have your I d ready in order to ship? Nothing was posted anywhere about ID requirement. I just shipped from United States Postal Service and they never asked me for my I. D... It was very shady!!
