We came here for passports. The lady was so rude. I didn't know I needed copies of originals. They wouldn't make copies for me. If you don't like your job, find another one.

I would give this a 0 star if I could, the ONLY lady that does passport is SO rude, she denied me 4 different time for no reason. Took the same application to Logansport post office and they had 0 issues whatsoever. Last time I will be coming to this post office.

This place is the worst post office I have ever been to! I don’t believe there is another post office this horrible out there, ANYWHERE! The rude lady they had taking care of the line kicked probably 5 people out of her window when it was their turn, anything she could think of to tell them she couldn’t help them!! I have never seen anything like it! I waited 20 minutes in line and watched this go on and then was denied sending a piece of certified mail, I was told I needed to go get an envelope and stamp and come back! I called the post master while still in the building and he was just as rude as that Karen!

The staff here appears lifeless, grumpy, and unwilling to help in majority of cases.
I’ve had so many issues with the front self scan machine not showing updates for my packages for several days after it’s been scanned. I’ve also had issues with the post office, not showing things to scanned that were dropped off at the front desk. I do thousands of dollars a month in shipping at this location and have issues fairly regularly it’s incredibly frustrating to put the trust of your business in some lackluster USPS crew.
