- ALAndrea LorenzoJul 29, 20251.0I've used this location a few times throughout the years and the staff of old was helpful, this time was very different. So, first off, tried having questions answered on the phone several times and got no response. So I went there in person. Only one staff member was helpful and Patty was rude to her, saying she was taking too much time rather than helping her. Scrutinized me and said that me doing a shipment for a friend was strange, my personal business is no matter to someone I just thought I'd explain why the addresses might not match for the return addresses which I've never had to give domestically until now. My mistake, I shouldn't of said anything unless she asked. My handwriting was criticized and my age was asked which was not pertinent to the task at hand. If she needed me to write it out again on a piece of paper I would've but that really didn't matter because she was responsible for my lost my package to someone in another state after she assured me it would get there. There is a reason why I wanted the secondary street address added in, there's a reason why we have them, a zipcode and it popping up on the map is not sufficient enough. As they all say, if I could I would give 0 stars. Overall it seems as if no one knew what they were doing here. I've been to USPSes where that's the case but they're far better customer service wise. Go anywhere else these pensioners will all get their pension the same, they don't care, so just don't do business with this location until they get another round of employees which they always do seemingly, probably sometime after Halloween.
