I had to find an employee and when I did, three employees were standing around talking. I asked if someone could help me. One left the group to help me , but acted very inconvenienced at my request. I showed him a picture of what I needed and he was very short with me and did not offer any advice on the product. I believe I will buy my products online.

I asked the employee who was working at the UPS store and was free, and she agreed to help me. Then I asked another young man for help, and he helped me. I entered the store at 2:00 PM and left at 2:45 PM just to scan two simple pages. It's ridiculous. I don't recommend this store if you're in a hurry and don't know how to use their machines because the employees refuse to help.
