I was supposed to get a very important package yesterday and it never even left the post office. You had it since 12pm the day before it was scheduled to deliver, so there was no reason you didn't send it out. Now I get to wait another day before I can get it. This is a small town, you have only so many people you need to deliver mail to. How difficult is it to scan a package and get it to someone on time.
