I had a simple postage need- walked in with no envelope and part of address. The two clerks were nice, patient, laughed at my bad jokes and got my flyers in the mail. Cant ask for more.

December 2025 update: I still love it here. I think the people are fantastically friendly and a lot of times you get what you give. They are human treat them as such and be kind. The people I have worked with there at the counter have endured a lot. I find them all to be consistently kind and helpful; doing their best to communicate to everyone fairly and evenly on what can be done and what cannot. Everyone struggles at times and it seems like since the pandemic, people have forgotten that good basic manners go a very long way- this applies mainly to those waiting. We need to remember that people are powering this office still, and they do a grand job of it- I have had nothing but good things to say about them all for about 20 years- especially Gillian, Melinda, Nae, and even my route carrier Vincent- too kind!

Completely mishandled my mail. Left a notice in my mailbox for the 9th telling me to come pick it up. Then returned it to sender the following day on the 10th before I could pick up my package at all. Very frustrating
