They are human treat them as such and be kind. The people I have worked with there at the counter have endured a lot. I find them all to be consistently kind and helpful; doing their best to communicate to everyone fairly and evenly on what can be done and what cannot. Everyone struggles at times and it seems like since the pandemic, people have forgotten that good basic manners go a very long way- this applies mainly to those waiting. We need to remember that people are powering this office still, and they do a grand job of it- I have had nothing but good things to say about them all for about 20 years- especially Gillian, Melinda, Nae, and even my route carrier Vincent- too kind!
