He was rude very unprofessional, If he's trying to show professionalism he's failing at it. Even his previous customers were aggravated with him. I ship a lot of stuff via UPS so much more reliable than the postal service maybe not as cheap but way more reliable maybe I'll need to find a different location with more professional employees
