- KKKarla Barning KapplerNov 24, 20251.0If there was a ZERO star, that’s what this station would receive. The clerk must not realize she is a member of the postal SERVICE. A customer-oriented service, and after filling a complaint, she, hopefully, will learn about “courtesy envelopes” for properly addressed envelopes that are returned because of the delivery Post Office error, and that the sender does NOT pay for another stamp when it is the delivery Post Office’s fault for not delivering the envelope. USPS Consumer Affairs will have the courtesy envelopes sent to this station so the “5-year employee” will be educated on this matter. It’s not the price of the stamp, it is the principle of the situation and the attitude presented by the clerk.
