There were 2 people not working and standing around with only one person in line. Terrible customer service and terrible people with no empathy! USPS should be ashamed for keeping these employees around!

Really hoping employees at this site are not taking packages from the drop box. Asked the desk lady if she could get any information and I was basically told “sorry, I don’t see nothing”
