    I was in and out in less than ten minutes. They got the best packaging option for me to return some yarn inexpensively. The total cost was much less than I expected, and the guys working here are super helpful and kind.

    I literally saw the ups truck stop outside my apartment complex I knew it had my Order I know it’s heavy and it sucks but we had all day planned getting that bed frame today for my littles birthdays coming up. But the guy checked in the back of the truck probably saw it was a big heavy package which I was on my way downstairs to offer to help and he checks his work phone thing and drives off right when I come down. I’m pretty cool with stuff but this was important and I can’t tell you how upset I am about it bc now I have to wait until who knows to put it up and it’ll probably be delivered tomorrow even tho it said today but today was my only free day til next week so thanks

    How is it that nobody EVER answers emails or phones? This location USED to call when something delivered and sat for a bit or was too big but lately, there have been a few deliveries that are lost in the system and it clearly shows who signed for it even though staff says they cannot find it or it was sent back. If that were true, there would be RTS tracking. No option to pay online. No option to pay by phone. No sense of customer loyalty. So very frustrated with this location that if it were not so close . . . 😓 * * Edited to include feedback regarding review response from Management. * * After emailing several times with no response, calling 3 times in a row and finally getting someone to pick up, we are now being chanrged a late fee even though we have described connection issues several times now. That is in addition to our box price almost DOUBLING in cost for the 6mo option. When inquired about AAA discount, kid on line asked someone else about “the AARP discount.” This further illustrates why we do not feel heard or valued.

    I came into the store this morning to pick up a package that had a final pickup date of 2/1/2026. Because of my work schedule and the store closing early that day, I was unable to get there in time. I returned today just one day later, and my package was still at the store. The issue was not the package. The issue was the store manager, Manny! He was immediately rude, dismissive, and refused to even look for my package. I pick up deliveries from this location multiple times a month, so being treated like an inconvenience instead of a regular customer was incredibly frustrating. While the manager was suppose helping me, Manny interrupted me, spoke over me, and shut the situation down without even attempting to help. When I asked for a customer service number, he refused to provide one and told me to “look it up on the website.” That level of attitude and lack of basic professionalism from a manager is unacceptable. I was calm. I was respectful. I was simply asking for someone to check for a package that was physically still in the store. Instead, I was met with hostility and zero willingness to help. This experience was extremely disappointing and not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a leadership position.
