  Very rude staff! Went in to get some paperwork notarized and they spoke to me like I was interrupting their day! Will no longer be going to this location for my services! And the employees need some talking too about their professional attitude to their customers!

  Dee was exceptional! Even though the store was pretty busy, he was extremely professional and calm and because of his demeanor all of the customers that were in line were calm as well. He is truly an asset to the UPS store and I am so glad he waited on me today.

  Be careful shipping items thru this store I shipped 2 brand new phones worth $1700 dollars on 4/2/26 today is 4/20/26 and the tracking still says (label created). They printed and put the label themselves on the box asked me what was inside and after it i answered phones, they never offered me insurance or asked me the value of the items in the box ever since then they gave me the email of the store so I can reach out to the GM (Dee) i reached out to her multiple times and even left my phone number to no availability. The employee at the store gave me a 1800 number to file a claim which I did, I went into a different UPS store in the Carmel area just to ask if this is normal to show no update at all with the tracking they answered is not normal and went ahead to tell me the store it's had to file a claim on my behalf. Save yourself a headache please.

  I recently shipped some items in one box worth alot of money thru this store they printed the label themselves put it on the box they proceeded to ask me what was inside the box which I replied to what the items were they didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase insurance nor what the value was, long story short i shipped them UPS ground til today 4/10/26 when checking my tracking number all I get label created on 4/3/26 UPS hasn't received your package we'll update once the item is received. I emailed the store manager to see if he can try to help me out to no availability. I've shipped thru UPS store before (not this location) so this time it has been a headache because now I have my kids asking me why it's taking so long for the items to arrive.
