There is one male employee who is always very polite, helpful, and welcoming—really appreciate his service. However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with another employee (I believe her name is Kendry). Every time I interact with her, she seems rude and uninterested. Today, I went in to drop off packages and realized I had accidentally mixed up the barcodes. I politely explained the situation and asked for help fixing it, and I even apologized. Instead of being understanding, she rolled her eyes and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful, especially when customers are polite and honest about mistakes. I hope management looks into this, because it really affects the overall experience.
