They graciously offered to move it to the front of the queue and saved the day! Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the quality of the work was excellent.

I appreciate having a brick-and-mortar option where I can connect with real people and pick up an item when I need it. That said, the in-store energy falls short. The space feels dated and sparse, which makes it less inviting. For those of us who work from home, getting out is often about connection, not just convenience. A more coffee-house/inspirational vibe, could really elevate the experience and encourage customers to stay, browse, shop more and return more often.
