I arrived just as he was hanging up the "Closed" sign; I asked if he could still help me, but he demanded my code in a rude manner—rolling his eyes and acting dismissive. I fumbled with my English and even felt nervous and embarrassed just asking him for the favor of serving me (despite being a FedEx employee myself), but he clearly just wanted me to leave. I honestly don't know why I was so flustered that I couldn't find the code; he simply told me, "It's already been 4 minutes since we closed." I said thank you and left. People like that should stay home, not work with the public. I always give my absolute best to assist every single person—right down to the very last customer—and I’ve faced situations like this myself, yet I’ve still stayed late to ensure I provide excellent service to my clients.

This is the worst FedEx location I’ve been to for this experience alone.
