Had multiple packages come to this facility, and every time it comes there, well, they just send it to the wrong facility in a different state. And I thought the facilities in Illinois were bad. And I live in Illinois unfortunately. They better do their job right. 😒

If I could leave negative stars I would. Every single time I have a package come through this facility it goes missing somehow. I currently have a one of a kind package that is in this facility for my child’s Christmas present and have been given the run around and got zero help. If your package or mail comes through this facility expect it to get lost. This is ridiculous and USPS needs to look into how this distribution center is being run. Thanks USPS Indianapolis for losing my child’s Christmas present!

This location takes 2-3 business days to sort your package and move it. Unacceptable. I've also had multiple packages that arrive but never depart this location, I'd recommended an investigation for theft, considering the location, stuff is definitely being stolen. The company I purchase goods from, has switched to ups from usps, just because of this location.

Have a package that was at USPS facility in Indy then was sent to the Detroit Distribution Center in Michigan. I’m in Fort Wayne. That means it drove right through the destination city. Then within 24 hours it was sent back to Indy to this distribution center meaning the package drove right through the destination city for the second time. The package is now in limbo like so many others. Two expected delivery dates came and went and now there’s no update at all. Last update is when it arrived at their facility and there it sits. The complete waste of tax payer money on this agency is staggering.

Every time I order a package and see it ends up here, I lose all hope. I am a michigan resident so 99.9% of my packages end up here and literally every single one has been late. i have never received a package on time and the times i have, it hadnt ever even touched this facility. Half of the time they just send my package to a random state, just like they did here. I am fed up with this it’s annoying as a customer spending all this money just for them to be terrible at their job.
