I am learning the problem is because of the receptionist not wanting to do the work. Today - no receptionist showed up and no one could take our package. I find it odd that they can’t help people in both areas, or discipline people for not doing their jobs properly. I like the office because of the short wait. Yet - there’s a short wait because of the bad service.

I ran inside and was pleased to have Ms Erica help me out. She actually called me and told me that she found my letter and she put a stamp on it for me. I really appreciate the dedication and care. Thank you Ms Erica again :)
