They had a time frame for walk ins to do the passport process and we got there 15 minutes before the specified time and they just said the person supposed to do passport was not there and the one lady that was doing it was doing it for "courtesy" that we can sit and wait just in case they have time. At the end of the day. Is the web page not updated or are the employees not aware of what is going on at the website at all?

There was one lady who was helping us in the front, then the supervisor came out after she had assisted someone in the main lobby at the window. They were both so nice and helpful. I went in and totally lost every thought in my head, so I'm really glad they weren't snappy with me and my absent minded self, lol. They apologized for our long waits, which is rare. (I was just at the Linwood Branch last week and well, the lady couldn't even stop her phone conversation to assist me.) So thank you ladies (9/22/25) Bacon Street Branch. :D
