There was one lady who was helping us in the front, then the supervisor came out after she had assisted someone in the main lobby at the window. They were both so nice and helpful. I went in and totally lost every thought in my head, so I'm really glad they weren't snappy with me and my absent minded self, lol. They apologized for our long waits, which is rare. (I was just at the Linwood Branch last week and well, the lady couldn't even stop her phone conversation to assist me.) So thank you ladies (9/22/25) Bacon Street Branch. :D

Manager not only didn’t answer my initial question but absolutely went off on me when I had a follow up question. I called the USPS phone number and they helped me immediately even though I asked the same thing. Avoid the physical location if possible.
