Twice now I have shown up for a scheduled passport appointment and the lady didn’t show up for work and the other worker couldn’t apply for passports apparently. No one called or texted or emailed saying our appointment was cancelled. To show up to a scheduled appointment on time, then just to go home empty handed is ridiculous. Communication needs to be improved.

It has been years since I have went inside and had an actual employee help me and today I was so thankful I came at a decent time and was greeted by ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service!! - EWEli WelDec 17, 20251.0If a zero star could be input I would do that. So written this post office is a zero. Over the years there have been several mishaps however the most recent is beyond “ALL” comprehension. A package I had shipped from this PO was being shipped to another state and is dually noted on the tracking receipt as well as online. However this PO did not ship it to the other US state, they shipped it to another country!! I provided the tracking slip along with the online information showing where the package was supposed to be shipped to, here in the US, and also where it was shipped to. They could also verify it at the PO where it was shipped to. The responses I received were: “Are you sure it went there?” Unbelievable!! “Did you sign and acknowledge where it was going!” It was on the receipt… “We are not responsible for where it goes” excuse me?… “Maybe they couldn’t read your writing.” What!!? The person at the counter who took the package read it, printed out the label with the tracking barcode on it as was stated on the receipt, hello! Each hub scans the barcode, they don’t read the writing on each package. Besides, the receipt (barcode)and online tracking shows where it’s supposed to be going to. They don’t read it they scan it. For heavens sake! I know that and I don’t even work for the PO. “Well we don’t know what hub it would go to”. Who cares! Whatever hub it goes to would scan the barcode. “Well hopefully it comes back”. The absolute incompetency is beyond reasoning! “Who helped you at the counter?” I said it was a man. “Was it an African American man”? I said it was a man. Another postal person at the counter and customer heard all this and could not believe it. And all who nodded in agreement that no shipment being shipped within the continental US goes to a hub in another country. Additionally what does it matter if it was a Caucasian, African American, Hispanic or Asian man. That had nothing to do with my question. “Well, we are not responsible and I have work to get back to”. This post office needs to be closed down. In addition to this issue, in the last five years Mail not belonging to me has been delivered to me, causing me do the work of the PO. For whatever I can, I will get things online, shop online and use UPS for any mailing. This is so beyond ridiculous. P.s. I did not state everything that has happened at this post office and there is a lot more, ‘A-LOT’ more! Perhaps postal costs would stop increasing if mail was not delivered out of the country or to places other than where it’s designated to go and then have to back tract to the destination. I’m sure that costs a lot of money…
- BCBlake CoffmanDec 15, 20252.0Im a customer spending $1000s per year shipping with usps. Ive had a handful of irreplaceable items broken and not fully compensated. My most recent visit at this location to drop off about a dozen packages, I was rudely spoken to and had my packages refused. I print my own labels to avoid the lines helping ups and myself. I approached the counter where a worker was scanning packages others had dropped off with their own labels. I said hello and went to sit down my first package and she responded "I dont know where you think you're gonna put that?!" I responded no problem, where's the best drop off location? I have my own labels. She said "well its clearly not right here, we dont have another area" so I took my packages and left. All the other usps locations I use have a big gaylord bin they direct already labeled packages to go.
