Claiming Because an employee called off but someone else just saying that person isn't there today. If this is an ongoing issue check appointments and make sure someone is there. Wasting people's time!!! And not being knowledgeable as a MANAGER about other locations saying closest is fletcher park...that's literally over 20 minutes away by the airport.

They take fees more than once because of very poor record keeping like in the stone ages …receipt paper is used to scribble notes, numbers or info. on, they are careless and clueless.Go to Smith Valley if you want professionalism.

I tried to explain that I believed I had the wrong keys. Instead of listening to me she told me I needed to fill out a some card and put my name in the box. I came back after a couple days and go to find out I was correct. I did get the wrong keys. There was a VERY nice older lady that assisted me and got it corrected. I choose not to deal with the other lady ever again at this post office.

I made the appointment again and they cancelled me once again. People don’t have time for this we work and we lose work to go to the appointment and they come out with canceling it this is not good.
