It cleary states they have walk in passport times from 11:15a-12:15p every Monday. They are not taking any walk ins and the lady proceeded to tell me she was short staffed when all lanes were filled with an employee. She did give me numbers to other post offices and none of the numbers worked. I'll pass on this location in the future.

If the employees have no desire to work here , then just find a different job instead of not helping and being rude to customers for no reason!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this post office. I had a scheduled appointment at 2:45 PM, and when I arrived on time, there was no one available to assist us. Not only was there no staff member ready to help, but no one even acknowledged our presence. We stood there waiting without a single employee looking up, greeting us, or explaining what was going on. What made the situation even more frustrating is that I later found out the employee who was supposed to assist us, Josh, was on a lunch break — during the exact time my appointment had been scheduled. If appointments are being booked, there should be staff available to honor them. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time to schedule appointments and then not have anyone available to assist. There was no communication, no apology, and no effort to inform us about the delay. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, we were left standing there confused and ignored. Customer service should include basic courtesy, acknowledgment, and respect for scheduled appointment times. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of organization and professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that appointments are scheduled appropriately and that customers are at least acknowledged when they arrive. Very disappointing experience.

Worst Post Office I've used. My everyday carrier is delightful, but the staff consistently provide terrible service. I waited for six negative interactions before leaving a review, because I've never had such bad experiences at a post office and kept excusing the lack of service as an off day for employees. I now drive to my old post office off of MLK or the one in Beech Grove for everything I can and have much better experience.

Worth it to drive 15 mins and go to Beech Grove. I would’ve been in line for more than 25 mins at Edgewood but was immediately helped at BG by a quick, competent worker.
