This post office needs to be totally revamped, after an investigation into what is going on here. The most recent problem is a package I’m expecting to be delivered to zip code 46220 has been sitting there for 3 days. They expect to deliver it tomorrow. Last year they sent a package, that was supposed to be delivered to me in zip code 46220, to Chicago after sitting them for 3 days. When the package reached Chicago, it was immediately sent back to this post office, which then sent the package to my post office for delivery. They seem to be a major gateway for eastern Indianapolis and while you can try mailing things from a distant post office that may bypass this black hole, there’s nothing you can do about receiving packages. The post office seems to be totally disinterested in remedying the process and will never admit there’s a problem. An update on Jan 9, 2016 — they sent my package, destined to 46220 to Cincinnati!! Why??? I thought they had machines to sort the mail. Someone needs to learn their numbers.

How does package go from shipping to destination and then sending it back out of the state just to send it right back to the same place?? The people working at this location clearly are incompetent employees. This branch stands as one of the Lowest Quality Post Office's in the US and the workers shows exactly why that is.. Clearly these packages aren't machine organized otherwise I would've received my package a few days ago. This place needs new employees or those employees need different attitudes...

my international parcel got routed to this place and it has been stuck there for over 15 days, It was a xmas present for my fiancée abroad; I paid fast delivery, and sent with plenty of time just the postal service to leave it collecting dust at a warehouse or worse.... I pray they did not just lose or steal over $3500.00 worth of gifts. I regret so bad I used USPS, though in the past they have never failed me like this. I am not sure why this parcel when there in the first place.
