On my 3rd attempt to apply for a new passport, I was finally successful at this branch of USPS. My agent was Pamela, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I don’t deal with the post office very often, but my lesson learned is go early. I showed up for a 9:15am appointment at 9:05, waited a couple of minutes and got it all done. Wham Bam, thank you Pamela. She deserves a raise.

Order was delayed 3 days past the expected delivery date. I was patient considering the inclement weather conditions we have had. When I checked the tracking, it stated that delivery had been attempted and my package could be picked up at the post office. What a bold face lie. I had not seen the mailman for 4 days. There wasn't a notice in my mailbox or taped to my window that a delivery had been attempted. After holding for over 25 minutes trying to talk to someone at the post office, I had no choice but to pick up my package. I showed up at post office to only 2 visible employees on site. I stated to the woman that helped me, who was kind, "It looks like nobody is showing up for work" She smiled and confirmed this to be true. Not only could they not deliver my package, they are deceiving people about delivery attempts to cover their incompetence. What a sad institution our postal system has become.
