I have attempted to reach out to the individuals here about mail that keeps on being delivered to my address FOR OTHER PEOPLE. Despite my complaints, I keep on getting other peoples' mail. I was told the last time that this had happened to call them, but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

This place was awful. I came in because I had a package that stated delivered but nothing was delivered. I live in a building with a staff that collects and distributes packages never had any issues with Amazon or any other deliveries. Came in to speak to see if I could speak to mail person. When I arrived to women were on their phones watching Tik Tok with vulgar language. When I asked about my package and gave tracking number, previously stating it was an international package, the “lady” told me “not our tracking number must be delivered by someone else”. I later went on to show her the tracking history which clearly states it came through this post office she simply stated “well it says delivered so was delivered must of been stolen”. Than she went back to go on TikTok. No options were offered or even reach out to carrier to check. Simply was dismissed. It’s sad to see how the postal service has declined so bad that they hired such unprofessional individuals as this woman.

I visited this USPS post office location today to drop off a package. I didn't pre-print a shipping label - Honestly, I can never remember how shipping packages works because I do it so infrequently. I walked into the post office, and I told the female employee with braided hair that I needed to ship the package. She told me that I had to write the address on the package. I asked if there was a slip to fill out. She told me no - I needed to write the address directly on the box. I went to tape up the package at the counter - I figured it'd be okay since no one was in line. She quickly told me to move over to the table (instead of staying at the counter). I understood & moved - because more customers could arrive while I'm finishing things up. I wrote the "to" address on the box & returned to the counter - still no other customers. She told me there was no return address & that I needed to fill it out "like a letter." I went back to the table (she made sure to tell me to move back to the table even though I already was), wrote my address on it, and got back in line. That employee was busy helping another customer who arrived, but the older male employee who I usually see in this location showed up to help at another station. I kid you not, I handed him the package, and he said he'd never seen anyone write the addresses on the box in pen before. I glanced at the female employee, but I didn't say anything. Thankfully, the male employee got me sorted out & on my way. Basically, this post office is hit-or-miss. My favorite employee is the older male - He even cracks jokes sometimes to make his workplace less mundane, which I appreciate. The female employee who originally "helped" me... I don't think she likes being there at all. I don't blame her, but she could have at least offered decent customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day or a long week, though. Either way, this is the closest location to me, so I'll continue to utilize it. This location does offer "tap to pay" - so electronic payment methods can be used. (I wasn't sure before going.) Thanks for reading my review. Have a great day!
