have been waiting three weeks for a replacement mailbox key and cant get ahold of anyone. rude and condescending staff who are ALWAYS offended that they have to do their jobs. I am not shocked at the long, detailed list of complaints and one star reviews for this post office but I am shocked that it is somehow still open!!!

I visited this post office today with a simple question about some missing mail, and the experience was so uncomfortable that I almost turned around and left before even asking. While I was waiting in line, the woman in front of me was purchasing a gift card. After completing her purchase, she politely asked a very simple, genuine question: whether the money was automatically loaded onto the card. She wasn’t rude or sarcastic—she just sounded like someone who had never bought one before and wanted clarification. The clerk’s reaction was shocking. She looked visibly irritated and disgusted that the customer even asked. It was painful to watch. The customer did absolutely nothing to deserve that kind of treatment, and I felt secondhand embarrassment for her. No one should be made to feel small for asking a basic question. Everyone has bad days, especially in customer service, but that does not justify treating people with open hostility or contempt. It creates a tense, unwelcoming environment for everyone standing there. By the time it was my turn, I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable asking my own question. That’s how negative the atmosphere was. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve witnessed in a long time. I won’t be returning to this location.

Came in today at 9:05. The lobby was locked and there were 4 people waiting in line before me. The “supervisor” who finally decided to start helping people around 9:30 through the side grey door was rude and condescending. I didn’t catch his name, but he was African American with long braids/dreds. He stated they didn’t have any employees and that there was no manager on the premises, as to why the lobby was not opened. His lack of customer service skills was intolerable. I wish this place would just close and then everyone in the neighborhood could be directed on which post office to go to. There is always something negative about this place. Rude employees or undelivered packages. It will never change. I will be filing a formal complaint with the post master.
