The lady who worked on Saturday 11-8-2025 at the downtown location was extremely rude!! I tried to explain that a package was being held for my daughters birthday and she didn’t care at all and I was not able to retrieve my package. Extremely disrespectful! I would give 0 stars if I could!!

The level of unprofessionalism and (lack of) urgency is off the charts. Go here only if you have no other option.
