- AWAnita WAug 4, 20251.0A person finally opened the service door at 8:50 a.m. to tell the 3 people in the lobby that the window that was supposed to open at 8:30 a.m. would not open because she had no clerk today. No sign was posted and she did not offer to assist the 2 people (one person left) remaining in the lobby. I ask her to post a sign stating what she told us. That seemed to be a surprising ask but she said yes she would. No offer to tell us where the location of the nearest open postal service counter. I go to this post office approximately 2x annually and the service and appearance has definitely deteriorated.
- PTPriscilla TMay 28, 20251.0Please fire the rude woman who has a thick accent. She makes no attempt to help resolve the issue, has a poor attitude, and doesn't understand their own policies. I attempted to get an update regarding a package that was labeled as "Return to Sender", but had yet to be delivered to that address, nor the original shipping address. When asked for more details, she rolls her eyes and gives me an attitude. She appears extremely judgemental and obviously doesn't care about the job. Never bothered to check the tracking number. Continued to gaslight me into thinking the package was delivered when it obviously wasn't (why else would I be there??) The other younger girl was more helpful in her 2 seconds of helping me versus the other woman. This girl was very pleasant and understanding, but her coworker wasn't.
