If you can get your address changed somewhere else or online I would. This took far too long to get handled. I moved into my new place in July, went in to have the address changed and requested my keys. It took them several WEEKS to get me my keys and several attempts of me going up there in person because they kept changing the amount of time before they should be there. Now this was the first change of address I placed and I knew about the ID verification, so I offered my ID and was told they didn't need it. And then the second change of address had to be placed because it didn't take. After that one didn't take as well I attempted to go online and change it, but the website told me I had to go in person. So last week I went in again to find out why I wasn't getting any mail and made another request for a change of address. This time they DID look at my ID and told me I would get something in the mail verifying the change. Today, in December, I checked my mail, because I'm waiting on a bank card, and discovered that they had placed a "Vacation Hold" in my mail box for the months July thru August. In DECEMBER. So I went back in there to figure out why, and it turns out they've had MONTHS of mail sitting up there that I've been waiting on. Insurance cards, bank cards, bills, a partially opened letter(pictured), and to top it all off one of the address change verification letters!!! I am beyond disbelief at the fact that I had SEVERAL times gone up there and they never ONCE offered me my mail or told me that it was there. This is honestly ridiculous and if I could give less stars I would. TLDR: this branch is more hassle than it's worth, change your address online if you can.

A person finally opened the service door at 8:50 a.m. to tell the 3 people in the lobby that the window that was supposed to open at 8:30 a.m. would not open because she had no clerk today. No sign was posted and she did not offer to assist the 2 people (one person left) remaining in the lobby. I ask her to post a sign stating what she told us. That seemed to be a surprising ask but she said yes she would. No offer to tell us where the location of the nearest open postal service counter. I go to this post office approximately 2x annually and the service and appearance has definitely deteriorated.
