I'd give this branch a 0-star rating if I could . One of the higher-ups in the company needs to give this location a crash course on how PO boxes work . If I'm spending hundreds of dollars a year for the biggest PO box they have to offer , there's no reason I should have to wait for normal business hours to pick up my packages . I know FOR A FACT what I ordered can fit...you know how I know ?? Because I ordered the exact same thing last week & they managed to put it in the box . They create convoluted excuses as to why they can't fit packages in the box , but it's all just a cover-up for their laziness . Today they left me a note saying my packages were left in a "tub on the floor" . First of all , why are my packages being left on the floor when I'm paying for a PO box ? Secondly, when I got there (after-hours) there's no where for me to access this tub that you left my packages in . So now I have to wait until regular business hours to stand in line to get my packages . I'm paying extra money to do what regular patrons do for free . Luckily for me , my job is delivering mail to the post office...so I know who to speak to about this matter .

I think that if you don't feel comfortable with your work or you don't like working in customer service, that's definitely not your job, how can they allow me to have people who work and don't treat people well. There was a brunette woman who didn't have very good manners with me

This post office has been sending my mail back to the sender for almost 2 years even after the carrier claimed she wasn’t and was putting in the mailbox then her story changed to box broke so she don’t leave it even-though she was aware of that and had been leaving it then stopped again. I’ve been to the post office several time to have them fix the lock and to stop sending my mail back and now even after talking to 2 supervisors after filing a report with the main office she is still sending my mail back. She has made me lose money and owe a lot of money. Quit if you don’t want to work. She wants to sit in that truck and not get out that’s why she won’t deliver it. The whole post office been giving me the run around for over 1 year saying who is responsible for the lock.
