We went to get my passport application done after checking the website there was no appointments available but they had walk in hours listed. No one was in the building but a man in the lobby told me basically I had to have an appointment and they wouldn't help me. It's embarrassing for a business to offer you have a service listed but when you show up it's magically unavailable. He said they stopped doing it months ago why then is being falsely advertised on your website?? This isn't a public service anymore it's a business so why is it okay for them to falsely misrepresent their services and products?

The cashier is completely unreasonable. If you have a problem with your package, she won't listen to you; it's like it's nothing. When I arrived, she asked me how I could help. I told her the person I was sending. The package hasn't been found, and she keeps asking me how I can help. How can I possibly help? It's like nothing happened. My package cost $220 plus shipping. Doesn't that tell you anything?

I am very disappointed with the service at this post office. I was given the wrong mailbox key and was instructed to apply for a new one, even though the error was on their side. Despite placing my mail on hold, my mail was still delivered into the mailbox that I cannot access. I visited the location four times in one week, yet no one was able to retrieve my mail for me.
Additionally, one of the staff members (a woman with dyed hair) consistently speaks to customers in an unnecessarily loud and harsh manner, which makes an already frustrating situation even worse. I hope management addresses these issues and improves customer service.
