I am very disappointed with the service at this post office. I was given the wrong mailbox key and was instructed to apply for a new one, even though the error was on their side. Despite placing my mail on hold, my mail was still delivered into the mailbox that I cannot access. I visited the location four times in one week, yet no one was able to retrieve my mail for me. Additionally, one of the staff members (a woman with dyed hair) consistently speaks to customers in an unnecessarily loud and harsh manner, which makes an already frustrating situation even worse. I hope management addresses these issues and improves customer service.

Terrible service. They don't help you with anything. You lose packages and there's no help with anything. They just say they'll get in touch. Incompetence on the part of each and every one of their employees.

Extremely rude unhelpful lady at the desk. I can in because I was trying to locate documents that were shown to be delivered online and I had done my due diligence and had printouts of the confirmations. She kept cutting me off saying "I don't know where your stuff is" and when I was going to show the paperwork I printed she cut me off saying "I don't need to see your pictures". Wouldn't let me get words in edgewise or give any info to start a case. My mail is delivered to a locked apartment mailbox that only I should have a key for. Other letters in Informed Delivery from the same days arrived, but the two important mail pieces - a government-issued ID card and a work related card, both clearly important from their envelopes were missing. May be someone at this branch stealing mail. I've opened a case with USPS.

I came to this post office to ship a package and asked the clerk if they had tape to seal it. She replied with an attitude, “Yeah, for $3.99.” I was honestly shocked because they didn’t used to charge for tape. Then another employee chimed in, saying, “You’re a great salesperson. Your customers come in asking all these questions. Do y’all go to the bank and question the teller when they ask for your ID?” Completely uncalled for. I wasn’t even talking to her. It’s always this same location, and unfortunately, it’s always our own people acting like this. Times like these, you’d think folks would value their jobs.
