Gave the employee my ID - she checked it, nodded and then said “Check your email - there’s nothing else I can do” and walked away. Very disheartening when your nerves and emotions are already fragile from a big move.

The staff will make you want to rip up all of their boxes and send their lazy a** through the mail. Don’t go here! I’m just now leaving the location with some negative energy that I will now have to shake.
