  Spend the five minutes and go to another location. Dudes breathe burnt my nose and they scanned my QR codes 5 different times and still switched up my packages. Incompetent.

  I had a really great experience at this UPS Store. The staff were very friendly, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. They greeted me warmly and were happy to help with everything I needed. I came in to ship a package and also needed help with printing and packing. They explained my options clearly. They also helped me choose the best box and packed my item carefully to make sure it was safe. The store was clean, even though there were other customers, the line moved quickly and the service was smooth. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. What I liked most was their customer service. The staff were kind, respectful, and really made the process easy and stress-free. Overall, The UPS Store made my shipping and printing experience very easy and pleasant. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs shipping, printing, returns, or packing services. 🙌✨
