- LWLark WestDec 1, 20255.0Couldn’t have been better! The box I was carrying from my car was BIG … unexpectedly, the UPS man (I learned his name was Jeff) was SO helpful. Apparently he saw me from inside, and not only opened the door for me but immediately took the box, held the door until I got in and carried the box to the counter. So sweet. Jeff’s service at counter was friendly and smooth as silk. Love experiences like this.

I asked if they had one, just one piece of tape to seal the box and was told that they didn't have any tape that I could use but that I could purchase an entire roll of tape. I thought the employee was kidding, sadly she wasn't. Needless to say I didn't buy their tape and my package went USPS. Worst customer service EVER! !!
- BBBreeDec 24, 20181.0TERRIBLE customer service. I never thought it would be possible to get worse customer service than the USPS. Go to the broadripple location, or better yet, FedEx, same price. UPS just lost a long time customer. Will actually be calling corporate. TERRIBLE.
