  Feeling frustrated. I was notified several days ago that a package that I needed to sign for would be delivered around 2-6pm today, Saturday. I checked the delivery status every day to confirm nothing had changed. I planned my day around being at home no later than 1pm to wait for delivery. I checked the status this morning and delivery had been changed to Monday. A notification claimed delivery had been attempted a 10:10am. I can understand being a little early, but how do you attempt a delivery four hours early, when that delivery requires a signature? And when that delivery window is already four hours in the middle of a Saturday afternoon? I had been scrolling in bed at the time, and my room is right above the front door. I didn't hear anyone knock. Four hours early on a signed delivery, they could have at least tried beating on my door for more than half a second. They didn't even write anything on the missed delivery notification. After speaking to a round of customer service reps this morning, I was assured the issue was being kicked up the ladder, and that I would receive a phone call within 1 hour to let me know if they can still make the delivery today. That was 2 hours ago. So I'm sitting at home waiting around for a phone call to let me know whether or not I could have been doing something else with my day *UPDATE* No phone call, no delivery. My entire Saturday afternoon was wasted. Thank you, UPS

  There were two young women working the counter when I arrived to return an Amazon package. No one said anything not hello, can I help you, nothing. I had to say I’d like to return this package. The one woman pointed to a scale, still saying nothing. When I left, I said thank you. She mumbled something and I half-heartedly said nice talking to you. I may as well have been a ghost. Absolutely awful customer service, brief as it was.

  The assistant manager Dee single handedly saved my wedding day! My wedding flowers were stuck at a facility in Florida and after many hours stuck on 800 number phone calls, he showed genuine concern and went above and beyond to try and help me. He treated my big day like his. I am forever grateful for his kindness. Stayed on hold for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to escalate the issue- because of him and him alone they arrived the night before. UPS is lucky to have him as an employee!
