  UPS in broad ripple did it again! New crew and still absolutely crushed it with customer service. Came in with an obnoxious amount of returns and expected to be treated like I was an inconvenience like most other store employees treat you when they have to work a little harder, but both employees working (David & David) were so beyond pleasant! It made my day and I will never be using another shipping company or location besides this broad ripple branch because I have never been a bad experience here. Thanks, David and David!

  Verbal did an amazing job. He was the only person there at the moment working and he also had a delivery coming in the back from the UPS driver as well as taking care about three or four customers. Everyone was happy. He was super nice, super pleasant, extremely professional. This is what I expect when I go to any business, getting 100% dedicated upbeat nothing negative quality customer service. . This is why I come back to UPS store over and over again. A+.

  This is my favorite UPS store! David and crew are always extremely friendly and quick! Careers involving customer service are incredibly challenging, it’s beyond impressive the level of service I receive. This is the only store where I don’t feel anxious about taking 5+ boxes in to be shipped- everywhere else makes me feel like a burden!

  Dee, is the most upbeat person Who truly cares about his job and about the customer’s experience in the store. He does a fantastic job and he’s so personable and I appreciate that so much because this is a rare experience. I have medication shipped to this location and held for me because I am not home when UPS comes to deliver this medication at my home. Dee always let me know it’s there and I’m still thankful. I just had to return my modem and router from an Internet company and all I had to do is hand it to him. He scanned it in got me a ticket number for me to keep and suggested that I take a picture of this to be able to send to this carrier, should I need to prove that I did in fact send the equipment back . It was so easy and I’m so appreciative.. This is a wonderful store that is always busy and even if there’s a way it’s a pleasant wait because we know that we are going to be taken care of in a positive Upbeat manner. Great job UPS Broad Ripple store!!

  Tyrese was quite helpful, courteous and kind during my trip to the Broad Ripple UPS store today. I needed to pack something and he cleared off a spot for me to use while he tended to a steady stream of customers. Good customer service, it seems, has become increasingly hard to find. Tyrese provided GREAT customer service and that experience is what turns patrons from impartial to loyal customers. This young man is on it, and I could see that being kind and serving people well was important to him.
