  Edit: Don't be fooled by the fake concern in the review replies. I emailed them as they encouraged me to do and then crickets. Bad look all around for UPS. Have been coming here for about a year to handle shipping for my business, but will find another location after today. I always bring a next day label with boxed items that are safest in the flexible, plastic express packs. They have always been able to provide those envelopes at no cost when I ask for one; never has it been expressed that this is a unique or limited service. But today, they were out, and they required me to pay for a generic envelope and clarified that they never order express packs. According to the desk worker that orders the supplies, he "never" orders them and they only have extra due to the charity of others who bring them in because they have too many. The store is UPS...his polo says UPS...but apparently they don't order UPS supplies? I can see why they have so many extra...people are probably not coming back! Sounds very suspicious when I question why a UPS location would not have UPS envelopes. His response is that they are a franchise and they don't make money off the labels I bring in. Well congrats, you made an envelope sale! And that's all you'll be getting from me. I'll find another UPS Store that actually orders supplies for UPS. I even asked for some assistance in acquiring the express packs and he kept referring me to go online or call customer service for that assistance. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

  This is my go to UPS. Highly recommend for your daily needs, ESPECIALLY if you need passport photos (ask for Manny).

  This is the best UPS store I’ve been to. The customer service was excellent. The twins, Anthony and Andrew were awesome. Knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly they helped me pic the right box, the right service for delivery, and showed what packing supplies I might need. Couldn’t ask for better service. Give these guys a A RAISE AND A PROMOTION.
