It has gone extremely downhill in the last six months. The two employees there today when I visited were so rude, impatient with everyone in the line, and had horrible attitudes. It made everyone in the store feel uncomfortable and a tense vibe throughout. One of the employees yelled across the store to the gentleman standing in line that he needed to use the kiosk if he had a return. I felt super uncomfortable and wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. If you are needing services, especially with the holidays approaching, I highly recommend doing it elsewhere if you are able to.

Hard working employees and great customer service is hard to find now a days, but this place delivers! For some reason I always get a little nervous when returning something because I don’t want to mess it up, but they are very helpful and make it easy. 80% of the time I’m in and out but sometimes there is a line but they make sure to get through it quickly and with a smile on their face. Great job Eastside UPS! Keep up the good work

She's always super friendly and quick at what she does. This is the only UPS location I go to because the quality is always consistent. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE 👏
