  I was in the UPS store on Washington Street today. I had some docs printed out. Jess served me and she was so professional, polite, kind, knowledgeable and patient the whole time. The store busy all of a sudden and she stayed very professional. I was very impressed with her work ethic. Keep up the good work Jess. David

  On a day (Sunday) where others are resting or soaking up the sun, I walked in UPS and received a smile, warm welcome, and great customer service from Dee and Jatavia. Thank you so much! Appreciate you for being there, especially on a Sunday.♥️

  This is absolutely THE BEST UPS store in the US… and I’ve been to a lot of them! Jatavia and Dean are the most professional, helpful and welcoming UPS employees I have ever come across! Even at the holidays when lines are long, people are grumpy…these two smile and make you feel welcome. They are so helpful! I never go anywhere else. They should train everyone else on how to run a store because they are the BEST!!!

  Visited today 2/19/26 around 3:30 and 4 people were in line. Jess was the only worker and she provided great customer service. As customers walked in, she politely acknowledged and informed them she was alone, asked for patience and said she will be with us shortly. She also recommended using the self service kiosk for those who didn't want to wait. In the midst of all of this, she excused herself from the customer at the counter to replace the label stock at the kiosk for another customer. Jess kept a calm and professional demeanor and quickly got everyone processed through. When it was my turn, I greeted her and asked how her day was going. She did not complain about working alone and I reminded her she would get through it. At the conclusion of my 3 amazon returns, she asked if I could leave a review from my visit for a contest with a $100 prize. She stated her name and thanked me for coming in. I appreciate her attitude and work ethic something you rarely see these days. I hope she wins and I hope her management team realizes what a valuable asset she is to this location. Good luck Jess!

  I love this location. I have been coming here for years even when it was under different management and I have never had an issue. The people behind the counter have always been very pleasant. They do what is in their power to get you in and out. I like the fact that now they have a separate scan station for Amazon so that doesn't take up as much of their time doing regular postal services that they were originally intended to do.
