The staff at this location is awesome, friendly and always accommodating. My issue is with the female associate that is helping out from another store (from her statement). She is incredibly rude. Her attitude and demeanor is incredibly off putting and unwelcome compared to how interactions go with the core staff. I prefer to have my packages manually scanned in with a drop off receipt, which is standard. She acts as if this is absolutely insane and I just leave them there. Today she suggested I use the self service kiosk and when I told her none of my stuff would fit and I would prefer to have them scanned in, she huff and puffed and acted like scanning packages in was a huge inconvenience.
