When I called the store I was met with several headaches and no direction for what to do next. I have yet to be refunded for the 60$ socks UPS lost and no directions for what to do with someone’s used iPhone that was sent several states away.

The first time this happened, the store sent back to me the torn envelope and card; gift card was (of course) missing. BEWARE! I will never mail from there again.
