  One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with. I ordered an item from Amazon. It turns out it was too big. I had to return it. Amazon tells me it will be picked up on December 12. When I was dropped off, it was dropped off in front of my garage where my car is. I cannot get the car out because I cannot move the box out of the way since it weighs 500 pounds. When December 12 came, which was only a few few days after delivery no one came to pick it up. I called Amazon. They said I had to call this company. I called them. They told me it would not be picked up until December 24. I told him that it is too long to not be able to use my car. After hours on the phone, they Transferred me to someone who said he would get it picked up the next day on December 13. No surprise that no one showed up on December 13 either. I then called them back. They tell me they are still seeing it will be picked up on December 24. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The customer service had long pauses where they were not speaking and answering any questions I asked. They also transferred me and I had to wait for an hour and ended up hanging up because it was too long. I then called Amazon back. Amazon tells me it’ll be Picked up on December 17. They say it’s the same company. I say I don’t want to use this company anymore. They say I don’t have a choice. They say it will for sure be picked up on December 17. I didn’t get a text message from this company that says it won’t be picked up till December 29 now. This is the worst customer service and worst communication I have ever experienced in my life. I wish I had a choice and didn’t have to choose this company. Stay away and do not use them for delivery.

  Delivery guys were awesome! The company utilized great communication to combine two orders into one, and came when they said they would. The delivery personnel were polite, respectful and quick. Great company, will definitely use again if given the choice.
