  When i started the process of interviewing for a role with RH, the recruiter was very responsive and called me almost everyday to give me updates leading up to the interview. Days after the interview, I was informed that I wasn’t selected for the position through text and was told that I would receive a call later that day to get feedback which was received 4 days later. Instead of probing for more concrete feedback, I was told that the interview went well but I wouldn’t be a good fit for the team or the role even though the Chief HR officer suggested that i should interview for the new role instead of the original position that I applied for. They lacked professionalism and basic best practices considering this is an HR based company.

  Dont use this company at all. NO ONE who works here knows how to do their job nor repsond to any messages. i dont know how a company could run so inefficiently
